CAT A and CAT B?
CAT A: Basic landlord fit-out – includes suspended ceilings, lighting, raised floors, HVAC systems, and sometimes basic finishes. It’s essentially a blank, functional space.
CAT B: Tenant-specific fit-out – includes partitioning, furniture, branding, meeting rooms, kitchenettes, etc., tailored to the tenant’s needs
