How did you circulate the requirement for industrial properties in normanton?
I used the Industrial Agents Society
detailed the requirement
Were there any potential defects/implications with the chosen industrial unit?
My client wanted to install a mezzanine and to do this there needed to be the right floor loading strength.
this was a potential defect of the unit because if my client was unable to install a mezz then they would not want to proceed with this unit.
My client was able to check the floor loading at a later date, which met their requirements.
Was the location good for the chosen industrial unit in the normanton search?
Yes the unit was situated in Kottingley by J33 of the M62 running east to hull and west to Manchester and Liverpool. in where it joins with the A1M which runs north to Newcastle and south to London.
Why did you pick the industrial unit you picked in the Normanton search?
Good location by the M62 and A1M
Gated and secure unit with good yard space.
Level access roller shutter and height for mezzanine
Trade counter space
