FAW showed exponential growth over time. FAW also showed continuous growth, which is likely a result of a less rigid exoskeleton. Stadium varied considerably. Probably some mistake occurred when defining each instar.

SL showed steady growth over time (linear). Likely continuous growth as exoskeleton is less rigid. Stadia varied considerably. Data inconsistent with Shour & Sparks et al.

RSB showed exponential growth over time. Discontinuous growth between instar due to hard exoskeleton. Stadia varied from 4 to 6 days.
