Musculocutaneous n
Motor: Biceps, brachial mm, coracobrachialis m.
Sensory: lateral cutaneous n. of forearm (a.k.a. lateral antebrachial cutaneous n) for anterier-lateral forearm
Median n
Motor: forearm flexors, thenar mm. (PT, FCR, PL, FDS, radial 1/2 of FDP, FPL, intrinsic thumb, 1st and 2nd lumbricles)
Sensory: superficial cutaneous branch of median n (volar hand, thumb, IF, MF, 1/2 RF, dorsal tip thumb, IF, MF, 1/2 RF)
Ulnar n
Motor: FCU, ulnar 1/2 of FDP, intrinsic hand mm (hypothenar, 3rd and 4th lumbrical mm., palmar interosseous mm (PADs), dorsal interosseous mm (DABs)
Sensory: superficial cutaneous branch of ulnar n. (SF and 1/2 of RF)
