INjury to tooth supported structs w/o loosening of tooth
Define subluxation
Injury to tooth supporting structures w/ loosening but NO displacement
Subluxation follow up and radiograph timing
Follow up in 2 weeks
Radiograph in 1 month
Permanent tooth intrusion what to do
open apex up to 7mm spontaneous eruption Open apex over 7 ortho/surgical Closed apex up to 3mm eruption Closed apex 3-7 ortho/surgical Closed apex over 7 surgical
How to follow up intrusion in permanent
Pulpectomy, fill w/ CaOH 1-2 weeks
COmplete fill if no resorption in 2 months
Extrusion follow up
Pulpectomy, fill with CaOH in 1-2 weeks
Complete fill if not resorption in 2 months
CHlorhexidine
When to use split
Extrusion: 2 weeks
Lateral luxation extrusion: 4 weeks
Avulsion: 2 weeks
Avulsion follow up
Pulpectomy w/ CaOH in 1-2 weeks
Complete fill in 2-12 months unless ankylosed
