What are goals in IT and why are they useful?
Goals are big, vague, long-term ideas that one aims to achieve. Goals are useful to guide people and organisations in a particular direction
What are objectives and what are some characteristics?
Objectives are smaller targets and are aimed at helping to achieve a larger goal. Objectives are specific, measurable, and achievable.
