A

– There is little coverage of women’s sports therefore they fewer girls are influenced to take up sport than boys
– Sports like squash are not shown much on TV therefore people may think it is not worth playing
– Football is covered a lot therefore people will want to play it

– Snowboarding clothes are ‘cooler’ than skiing clothes
– Basketball clothes are more fun than all white tennis clothes

A persons disability may affect their choice of sport. Some activities are better suited for the disabled like wheelchair rugby and basketball. Furthermore, the visually impaired can have people who run with them which will aid them
