A phrase that normally starts with to plus the simple form of a verb: eg. to jump, to run, to eat.

To jump, to swim, to play, to run, to eat, to sleep, to walk etc.

What is an important rule when it comes to infinitives?
A
Never add es, s or ed to the end of the verb in an infinitive.
