type IV hypersensitivity reaction
indurated lesions w. intense pruritus
burrows following from papules seen
Polymorphic SYMMETRICAL rash mainly seen in webs of hands (also buttocks, genitalia, peri-umbilical, flexor aspect of wrist, extensor aspect of elbows, anterior axillary folds)

Permethrin cream 1st line, malathion 2nd: apply to whole body and wash off after 12hrs
antihistamines help pruritus
wash clothes at 50degress
