What is acute retroviral syndrome?
2-3 s/p HIV exposure but 3 weeks before seroconversion

Symptoms of acute retroviral syndrome?
Fever, fatigue, lymphadenopathy, headache, pharyngitis, N/V/D +/- aseptic meningitis
