rash with circumoral pallor - lacy rash over trunk and extremities
Self-limited, lasting approx. 1 week

History: non-specific fever, sore throat, headache, N/V
Mouth
- Red pharynx with exudate
- bright red hemorrhagic spots on soft palate
- Strawberry tongue
Rash
- characteristically starts in groin/axilla, spreads to trunk/extremities, then desquamates after 2 weeks
Tx: Penicillin VK preferred or Amoxicillin or Azithromycin
