Presentation: Bugs can be seen swimming under microscope; pale green, frothy, watery discharge; “strawberry cervix’
Bug? T. vaginalis
Rx? Metronidazole
Presentation: Maloderous discharge; fishy smell on KOH preparation, clue cells
Bug? G. vaginalis
Rx? Metronidazole
Presentation: Venereal warts, koilocytosis on Pap smear
Bug? Human papillomavirus
Rx: Acid, cryotherapy, laser, podophyllin
Presentation: Multiple shallow, painful ulcers; recurrence and resolution

Rx? Curette, cryotherapy or electrocauterizaiton/coagulation
Crabs; look for itching; lice can be seen on pubic hairs.
