How do you establish the presence of urethritis
A
- Milking the urethra and getting a discharge
- If no discharge, then getting a urethral swab which shows 2 or more PMNs/hpf

- Neisseria gonorrhea
- Chlamydia trachomatis
Test: first catch urine NAATs for gonorrhea and chlamydia

Torsion presents with sudden onset pain, testicle is elevated, absence of blood flor by doppler
