- The growth rate of boys is usually faster on avg than girls - men tend to be taller.

Gross motor skills, 0-8 months
A
- Infants develop motor skills from head down.
- Around six months - grad control muscles in neck and back, - sit, roll and crawl.
- 11-13 months muscles in legs develop - stand, cruise and walk.
- 2 yrs - climb onto low furniture, propel a sit on toy.
- 2 1/5 yrs - kick a ball.
