Line up all the expressions.

A
Most likely you just need to know that it is a “+” or “-“ number.

When given multiple inequalities, what do you do?
A
This is a system of inequalities, add them.
EX.
If X+Y+Z > 0 and 0 > X+Y+1, is Z > 1
Add the inequalities and the answer comes out to be Z > 1. Bingo!
