Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) is what?
It is the process of providing legislative support which ensures that all employees are treated with fairness and respect in the workplace and are not subjected to any form of discrimination or harassment.

- Laws have been enacted to ensure that workers are not disadvantaged or threatened.
What are Unions?
It is a alliance of workers, usually from common fields of employment, who forms an association which uses its strength of numbers to monitor and initiate changes in working conditions, by negotiating with the employer(s).
Historically, unions have been responsible for:
- Wage increases through the award system.
- Safer workplaces.
- Greater equality for women.
- Improvement in working hours.
- Entitlements to paid holidays and better employment conditions.
- The establishment of a universal superannuation system.

It refers to the employer-employee relationship that exits in a business, industry, state or country.
What is Quality Control?
It is the maintenance of quality at a level that satisfies the customer and that is economical to the producer or seller.
What are the 4 stages of Quality Control?
- Drafting stage.
- Involves testing the materials that are going to be used to make the product.
- Creating the product.
- The finished product is checked.
Depending on the project, not every one of these stages takes place when controlling the quality of a product.
