A

A place in Merthyr dominated by criminal gangs. It became a place where other criminals could hide from the police, enabling them to continue committing crimes. Its prostitutes were notorious for stealing from their clients. Because China was near the high street there were plenty of opportunities for theft from businesses and shoppers as well.
