Tributary - a river or stream flowing into a larger river or lake.
Delta - wetlands that form as rivers empty their water and sediment into another body of water
14) How does river width and depth change from source to mouth?
As the river moves from the source to the mouth, both the depth of the river and the width of the river will both increase

This is because a river tends to become deeper, wider and have a higher discharge the further downstream it moves.
