FOR PAST ACTIONS THAT ARE SEEN AS COMPLETED
- done at a fixed point in time
- actions that occured a specific number of times
- actions that are part of a chain of events
- often associated with temporal phrases.

-GAR verbs
G > GU in first person singular

-ZAR verbs
Z > C in first person singular
