The first step is to know that increasing sales does not necessarily mean increasing profits. So what can we done and what do we want to know:
How are we growing relative to the industry?
and how does our market share done lately?
Also, have we gone out and asked customers what they want from us?
Furthermore, are our prices in line with our competitors and what have our competitors done in marketing and product development?

What is the second step that we must consider in increasing sales

A

The second step that we must consider in increasing sales is to determine the ways of increasing the sales. There are four ways to increase sales:
1-increase volume (get more buyers, increase distribution channels and intensify marketing)
2- Increase amount of each sale (200 ml to 400 ml)
3-Increase prices
4-Create seasonal balance
