What are the Inclusions for MED 1
A sensation of general weakness without a loss of consciousness.
Weakness with Pallor
Weakness with diaphoresis
Dizziness, near syncope.
What are the Inclusions for MED 2
Any PT who is at Verbal, Pain or Unresponsive
What are the inclusions for MED 3
FC less than 50/min
FC greater than 150/min
Bradycardia or Tachycardia
Sensation of palpitations
What are the Inclusions for MED 5 in a PT under 65
A systolic blood pressure of less than 100mmHg with one or more of the following symptoms:
Agitation of Confusion
RR greater than 24/min
Pulse greater than 100/min
Pallor
Diaphoresis
Cold extremities
Dizziness
What are the Inclusions for MED 5 in a PT over 65
A systolic BP of 100mmHg or less without any symptoms.
What are the Inclusions for MED 15
The PT must be at A and have had a temporary loss of consciousness.
What are the Inclusions for MED 7
An alteration in level of consciousness with tonic clonic activity
What are the inclusions for Tech 11 for 18 years and older.
A primary or secondary complaint of pain or discomfort that is active or has resolved
The description of the pain ie; burning, tearing, pressure does not matter
Any pain between the umbilici and the jaw including the back and the arms
Typical angina pain or atypical angina pain
Bradycardia, tachycardia, or palpitations
Syncope or near syncope
What are the inclusions for Tech 11 for 65 years and older?
Primary complaint of; Weakness OR Diaphoresis sudden and unexplainable
Acute onset of dyspnea that is unexplainable
What are the inclusions for Tech 9
Where C-Pap has failed or cannot be used
The patient must weigh over 25kg
