Jesus’ teachings found in Matthew 5-7, which give Christians a set of rules and values to apply in their lives. He also taught his followers the Lords prayer and told them several parables
The beatitudes
The Beatitudes teach that people are blessed even in hard times because they will recieve eternity in heaven. An example is “Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven”. There are 8 beatitudes

Story in the bible which Jesus tells his followers that in serving and caring for other people, they are serving God.

A sacrament is a sign of grace or Gods love
Baptism
The sacrament in which a person becomes a child of God and a Christian
Confirmation
The Sacrament done by anointing the forehead with holy oil which strengthens their faith and renews the holy spirit in their lives
Eucharist
The sacrament of recieving the bread and wine (body and blood) of christ. It helps the person keep growing in Gods love and the person recieves the life of christ
Reconciliation
When a person confesses their sins to a priest and restores their relationship with God
Marraige
When a man and woman give their consent to be married. They accept that through their love for each other, the love of God is active in their lives.
Ordination
When a person becomes a priest, bishop or deacon. Laying of the hands with a chrism which passes the power of the holy spirit. Person commits himself to God and the church
Sacrament of the sick
When a person who is very ill is anointed with oil. This gives strength to the person and also forgives their sins
