Safety Belt
Properly Mounted and Secured Not ripped or frayed and adjusted to me
Emergency Equipment
Properly Mounted and Secured
Paperwork is in full view
Three electrical fuses or circuit breakers
(if equipped)
Three reflective triangles
One fully charge ABC fire extinguisher
Safe start
Make sure both valves are out
Push clutch to floor make sure you in neutral
Turn key to on position
Let gauges reset
Start Truck
Tell examiner the ABS lights will come on and should go off if it doesn’t go off then my ABS brakes and will need to be serviced
Temperature gauge
Properly mounted and secure
Check with engine running
And climbing normal operation range of 180-200
Oil pressure
Properly Mounted and Secured
Check with engine running and climbing to normal operation range of 20-60psi
Voltmeter
Properly Mounted and Secured
Check with engine running and Reads between 12 and 14 volts
Air pressure gauge
Properly Mounted and Secured
The air pressure is building to the governor shut off between 120 to 140 psi
Lighting Indicators
Properly Mounted and Secured
Demonstrate all Indicators are working (left/Right, turn signal, four-way flashers, and high beam)
City & Highway Horn
Properly mounted and secure
And in working order
(Must demonstrate)
Heater & Defroster
Properly mounted and secure
And in working order
(Must demonstrate)
Mirrors
Properly mounted and secure
No cracks or damages clean and adjusted to me
Windshield
Properly mounted and secure
No cracks or damages clean and no illegal stickers
Windshield Wipers
Properly mounted and secure
Wiper arms in blades are Secure with no damage and operate smoothly
Windshield Washer Fluid
Properly mounted and secure
And filled to manufacture specs
