Gauges:

-ABS light came on and went off
-Oil pressure gauge works and is at a safe operating level
-DEF is at a minimum of 1/8 tank
-Water temperature gauge works and is climbing to a safe operating level
-Volt gauge works and shows that the alternator is charging the batteries
-Air pressure gauges are working climbing to a normal operating level
-Air governor should cut out between 120 and 140 PSI

-Make sure both knobs are pushed in
-Turn ignition to the on position
-Wait for system to fully charge

-Press and hold brake pedal
-Watch gauges for 1 minute (time yourself or ask examiner to time you)
-Air pressure should not drop more than 4 PSI on a combination vehicle

-Will activate before 55 PSI
-Pump brake pedal until low air warning device activates

Tractor protection valve:

-Protection valve should close between 20 and 40 PSI
-Pump brake pedal until both knobs pop out

START THE TRUCK AND MAKE SURE THE AIR PRESSURE BUILD BACK UP TO BETWEEN 100-120 psi*
