- Review/update Telestaff, FOCUS, station log book, pass-on book, Target Solutions, CAD Data, Unit Roster, DVS M5, Master calendar, Fire RMS incident reports, Rescue Bridge ePCR reports, Vehicle log book, Station/Shift Policy
- Interview (separately) those involved and determine facts and actions (get statement on FRD-317)

Follow-Up

- DEFINE WHO
- With complainant to provide status of investigation
- Contact employee’s family as courtesy (if they agree). Get their vehicle home.
- With employee on the following day, as well as every two weeks to ensure no patterns reappear
- Ensure no retaliation
