What is the purpose of TAMMS?
To assist commanders at all levels in managing equipment use and operations, equipment maintenance, and repair operations and to maintain equipment to the Army standard as outlined in Army Regulation (AR) 750-1. TAMMS is a comprehensive management information system, consisting of automated information components and records, manually maintained components and records, and a central Army database at Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA). This central database is the Maintenance Module of the Logistics Integrated Database and is used by all Army commands.

Explain the male hair requirements
The hair on top of the head must be neatly groomed. The length and bulk of the hair may not be excessive and must present a neat and conservative appearance. The hair must present a tapered appearance. When the hair is combed, it will not fall over the ears or eyebrows, or touch the collar, except for the closely cut hair at the back of the neck.
What are the male and female nail requirements?
Female soldiers to wear solid color shades of nail polish that are not extreme. Extreme colors include but are not limited to purple, bright pink, red, gold, blue, black, hot pink, green, yellow, white, grey, ombre, and fluorescent/neon colors, including french manicure. Colors that are authorized to wear include but are not limited to nude/natural shades, american manicure, and light pink. Nail shapes that are extreme and not authorized are ballerina, stiletto, arrow, and coffin. Square and rounded nails are authorized. Female soldiers will not exceed a nail length of 1/4 inch as measured from the tip of the finger.
Male soldiers are authorized to wear clear nail polish. Male soldiers will keep nails trimmed so as not to extend beyond the fingertip.
