787.02 False imprisonment
forcibly, by threat, or secretly confining, abducting, imprisoning, or restraining another person without lawful authority and against her or his will.
787.01 Kidnapping
forcibly, secretly, or by threat confining, abducting, or imprisoning another person against her or his will and without lawful authority, with intent to:
1. Hold for ransom or reward or as a shield or hostage.
2. Commit or facilitate commission of any felony.
3. Inflict bodily harm upon or terrorize the victim or another person.
4. Interfere with the performance of any governmental or political function.
812.014 Theft
knowingly obtains or uses, or endeavors to obtain or to use, the property of another with intent to, either temporarily or permanently

812.13 Robbery
the taking of money or other property when in the course of the taking there is the use of force, violence, assault, or putting in fear.
810.08 Trespass in structure or conveyance
Whoever, without being authorized, licensed, or invited, willfully enters or remains in any structure or conveyance, or, having been authorized, licensed, or invited, is warned by the owner or lessee of the premises, or by a person authorized by the owner or lessee, to depart and refuses to do so, commits the offense of trespass in a structure or conveyance.
810.02 Burglary
entering or remaining in a dwelling, a structure, or a conveyance with the intent to commit an offense therein, unless the premises are at the time open to the public or the defendant is licensed or invited to enter or remain.
856.021 Loitering or prowling
any person to loiter or prowl in a place, at a time or in a manner not usual for law-abiding individuals, under circumstances that warrant a justifiable and reasonable alarm or immediate concern for the safety of persons or property in the vicinity.
784.011 Assault
an intentional, unlawful threat by word or act to do violence to the person of another, coupled with an apparent ability to do so, and doing some act which creates a well-founded fear in such other person that such violence is imminent.
784.03 Battery
Actually and intentionally touches or strikes another person against the will of the other
784.041 Felony battery
A person commits felony battery if he or she actually and intentionally touches or strikes another person against the will of the other; and causes great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement.
