Who was Marie curie?
basically just discovered radiation because uranium was giving off something weird then other things in the impure uranium were too.
Who was Joliot-Curie?
daughter of marie curie, discovered that you can add a bombarding particle to something and it will be radioactive
Who was Dalton?
He had a theory that elements were all made of atoms and all same elements were identical.
Who was thomson?
He did a crt thing and discovered that in a vacume rays would be deflected (and thus discovered electrons) and made a weird model of an atom

Used the oil drop experiment to discover the charge of elecctrons
Who was Rutherford?
He did the gold foil experiment and discovered the nucleus

Had a new planetary model of le atom
Who was Meitner?
Explained Einstiens equation E= mc^2 and discovered nuclear fission
