Steps of Koch’s postulate

A

Step 1 the microorganism must be present in every case of the disease, 2nd step is to isolate the bacteria and grow it in a culture. 3rd step is to put the disease in a mouse or other animal. 4th step re-isolate the disease and make sure its the same as before.
