At least 1 of…
- Thought echo, broadcast, withdrawal, insertion
- Passivity experiences
- Third person auditory hallucinations
- Persistent delusions/delusional perceptions

NOT related to drug/alcohol intoxication or withdrawal or overt brain disease or prominent affective disorder

A

Obsessions or compulsions on most days for at least 2 weeks

  1. On most days for at least 2 weeks of 2/3 core symptoms of low mood, anhedonia or decreased energy
  2. Additional symptoms (mild total of 4, mod 6, severe 8)
  3. With or without psychotic symptoms

A

At least 2 episodes, at least one to be hypomania or mania.

Individual episodes can be manic, hypomanic, depressed or mixed.
