A
The British used India for its cotton and prevented them from governing themselves as they thought Indians to be incapable of ruling

A
Kongo was exploited for its rubber and diamonds. The Congolese suffered great losses and pain during Belgium’s rule over them. Kongo is still recovering from their suffering.
