Q

What was the aim of France during the Paris Peace Conference and why did he have such an aim?

A

Their main aim was to get revenge on Germany as most fighting happened on French soil , leading to the destruction of infrastructure and industries. Many lost their homes and 2/3 of soldiers were lost.,
By making Germany pay for the war/compensate, this would weaken their economy and industry so that they will never pose as a threat again.
