What are the countries position on willingness to act

A

China- limit on resources on economic activity reluctance to reduce emissions. However, started development to get ahead in solar panel production.

EU- Farmers using pesticides/fertilisers excessive use of water resources. Cheaper to import however policy in place to protect EU to protect farmers

USA- Debate on climate change from left/right wing as they want free market to allow businesses to grow without regulation but at the consequence of health/environment
