A
- Pain: mild to moderate, insidious onset
- HR: N to mild increase
- Temp: N
- MM: N to tacky
- NG Reflux: N
- Rectal: Impaction of PF, Hard to doughy
- feces - hard, mucus covered
- GI sounds: N
- Abdominocentesis: N
- abnormal w/ severe impaction/thin bowel
- Blood work - Dehydration, +/- low WBC
