A

As Germany took over Poland they confined 3 million polish Jews to disease infested ghettos and concentration camps where many starved, received punishments and died.

A

Reinhard Heydrich made an agreement that jews that were fit enough would move to Poland and work to death while the rest would be executed in extermination camps.

A

The first effort was in October 1939 by Admiral Canaris

Hitler ordered the invasion of France but fearing that it would be suicide he got together and convinced the men to get hitler out of power but however, when a harsh winter postponed the plan, support for the idea dissolved.

A

In July 1944, a group of army officers tried to assassinate Hitler. A bomb was planted by Colonel Stauffenberg at a meeting attended by the Fuhrer. It exploded, but Hitler survived!
