Risk of PML in patients with JC Virus
Anti-platelet agent for prevention of ischemic complications in patients undergoing percutaeneous coronary intervention targeting Glycoprotein IIb/IIIa
Abciximab
Osteoporosis; inhibitis osteoclast maturation (mimics osteoprotegrin) targeting RANKL
Denosumab
Antidote for digoxin toxicity
Digoxin immune Fab
Allergic asthma; prevents IgE binding to FceRI
Omalizumab
RSV prophylaxis for high-risk infants to target the RSV F protein
PaliVIzumab - VIrus
Calcineurin inhibitor which binds to cyclophylin. Thus blocking T cell activation by preventing IL-2 transcription. Gingival hyperplasia and nephrotoxic.
Cyclosporine
Calcineurin inhibitor which binds to FK506. Thus blocking T cell activation by preventing IL-2 transcription. No ginvival hyperplasia or hirsutism.
Tacrolimus
mTOR inhibitor; bind FKBP. Blocks T cell activation and B cell differentiation by preventing IL-2 signal transdcution.
Kidney SIRvives. Synergystic with cyclosporine.
Sirolimus (Rapamycin)
Monoclonal antibody; blocks IL2R
Basiliximab
Antimetabolite precursor of 6-MP. Injinits lymphocyte proliferation by blocking nucleotide synthesis. For Transplant rejection, RA, Crohn disease, GN
Azathiprine
Inhibit NF-kB. Suppress both B and T cell function by decreasing transcription of many cytokines
Glucocorticoids.
