A

Change leukocyte circulation - decreased lymphocyte number
Repeated dose - decreased antibodies
Decreased monocyte - return to normal 24 hours, increased neutrophil release - mature neutrophil from bone marrow

A

Break DNA strand - increase apoptosis
Agents target cancer cells but also affect bone marrow and lymphoid tissue - reduce immune cell proliferation, differentiation and function
