<2 yo need 4 dose (PCV13) @ 2,4,6, and 12-15 mo
> 65 yo need 1 dose (PCV20)
> 65 yo or 19-64 (health cond) then PPSV23/PCV15, 1 dose followed by either of these two prior >1 yr later
