What are ways someone becomes an Undocumented Migrant?
They may pass through inspection with false documents (fraudulent documents)
They may over stay their temporary visas
Or somehow violate other terms of their visa or enter illegally

Non-citizens living in the United states that have committed a crime are at risk at being deported.
Some crimes that can lead you to being deported if you are not a citizen.
Possessing, using, selling any illegal drug, violent crimes, lying to authorities. Pedophilia, threatening to harm or kill someone. Stalking, fraud, shoplifting, burglary, kidnapping, committing a crime as part of a gang
