Q

Dot sign vs Spot sign

A

Dot: Corresponds to thrombus in distal MCA branches. Same as hyperdense sign just further along the vessel

Conjugate eye deviation

A

20% of those with cerebral hemispheric stroke
Lateralizes to ipsilateral hemisphere
