Set alarm for 10 minutes. Run errands in house forming strong visualization of each task in series.

Perfect score is 7.
Set an intention and an alarm for the next 10 minutes. When other ideas/needs occur to you immediately store them in Todoist and continue task.
Perfect score is: all ideas in todoist, no deviations from assigned task.
Set an alarm for 1 minute. Make a to-do list. Set an alarm for 5 minutes. Prioritize that to-do list down to 3 items based on imagining the past and future consequences of doing/not doing that task.
Perfect score: prioritization is appropriate, easy and takes < 1 minute.
Recall an emotional/logistical scenario in the past 24 hours that is symbolic. Set alarm for 5 minutes: Derive lesson from it. Rehearse it via sensory and symbolic pathways.
