How are the courts set up?
Same as the US; districts are at the bottom, then appellate courts, and the state supreme court is the highest
What are the two different types of local government? Roles?
General purpose units provide basic services like police, fire and rescue, ect. Special Purpose units are for things like schools or libraries.
