Peripheral patchy fibrosis, fibroblast foci (FF), honeycombing, + or - inflammation

subpleural/basal findings, reticular changes, traction bronchiectasis, +- honeycombing
What are the histological findings of NSIP?
homogenous, chronic interstitial inflammation/fibrosis
What are the HRCT findings of NSIP?
Homogenous, GGO/reticular, +-subpleural sparing
What are the histological findings of OP?
patchy, granulation tissue plugs
What are the HRCT findings of OP?
patchy consolidation/GGO
What are the histological findings of RB-ILD/DIP?
Pigmented (smoker’s) macrophages, bronchiolocentric of diffuse
