Battery
without legal justification:
- causes bodily harm to an individual
- makes physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with an individual
aggravated battery
-offense based on injury and the following :
-causes great bodily harm or permanent disability or disfigurement by means of flammable substance, poisonous gas, chemicals, radioactive substance, or explosive compound
-if person is a special victim
-strangles an individual

disorderly conduct
acting in an unreasonable manner:
- disturbing another / the peace
- false alarm
- transmits threat of violence directed against persons at school
- special victim is involved
- flase report
- calls 911 for no reason or reporting false activity
- false reporting to the DCFS
- false report to dept of public health
- false request of emergency services
- lewd purposefully looking into a dwelling through any window or other opening
- falsely acting as employee of a collection agency attempting to collect an alleged debt
robbery / aggravated robbery
taking property except from a motor vehicle from a person / use of force or threatening the imminent use of force
