Can also hear any other civil cases except those involving specialized subject matter where jurisdcition vested to another court (juvinle/probate)

- Can hear all civil cases except the three the lie exclusively with Superior Court (divorce, affirmative injunction, title to land)
- Anything with affirmative relief must be sent to superior court
