Post MI w/reduced EF HF (HFrEF), CKD, DM
10 , 10, 100 mg PO daily
In SWEDEHEART registry, GLP1 ra’s associated wit lower event risk of re-infarction and stroke!
SELECT Trial : pre existing CVD, overweight, without diabetes, used semaglutide 2.4 mg SQ weekly which reduced death from CV events
