What is Ignition SCADA?
A
A SCADA software built on a web server and can be accessed anywhere using a browser.

What are the 2 parts of Ignition SCADA and what do they do?
A
1) Gateway: translates ModBus TCP, Ethernet IP, and Ethernet into HTTP format
2) Ignition Designer: software that is used to build either a Vision (standard) HMI or Perspective (web based) HMI.
