4 ways to expand the discussion in speaking:
1. Give example.
Don’t say “For example”, For instance. These are not impressive.
Say: “One of my perennial favourite is … “
2. Talk about benefits (especially when asked if sth is necessary/ important?)
DO WONDERS FOR sth= benefit sth
- Physical benefits:
Keep fit, stay in shape, get lean.
- Mental benefits:
Relax = let my hair down = blow off some steam

Technique 2: Phát triển ý theo chiều dọc chứ ko phải chiều ngang. Tức là dùng 1 ý chính như xương sống và đắp lên đó nhiều ngữ pháp và từ vựng liên quan.
