What is the difference between materials and learning resources?
Materials include, but are not limited to, classroom supplies; tangibles and manipulatives; costumes, props; art supplies; overhead projectors and, unless the class content is designed for operating them, computers.
Learning Resources reflect content information and take many forms. They include but are not limited to textbooks, workbooks, worksheets, websites,articles, and videos.

Informal: Observation, Asking questions about the selected resources Formal: Students complete a survey or questionnaire, Students record their activity, Teacher records student use on a class roster
