Six good reasons for not following formal identification

A

RASCSI

R- suspect refuses to take part
A- appearance changed after the offence
S-singular appearance
C- chance meeting between the person make the ID & the suspect b4 id was made
S-suspect ID was made to an officer soon after the offence reported.
I-investigation. Police could not have reasonably anticipated that ID would be an issue.
